Monsieur Alain ships exclusively within Switzerland. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship via Swiss Post or another reliable carrier. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight and size of the package.

• Standard shipping: 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Customers may also pick up their orders at one of our stores:

• Monsieur Alain is not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
