Return and Refund Policy

1. Right of Return
Customers may return products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, provided that the products are unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

2. Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Sale items discounted by 50% or more

3. Return Process

• Customers must request a return authorization by emailing info@monsieuralain.ch before sending any returns.
• Returns should be sent to:

4. Return Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
• If the return is due to an error by Monsieur Alain, the return shipping costs will be covered.
• If the product is defective, the customer must initially pay for return shipping, which will be refunded if the defect is confirmed.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Processing time: 1-2 business days, plus additional time depending on the bank.
• Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.
